The popular magazine Forbes has released top 10 Highest Paid TV Actresses list and Priyanka Chopra is the only one from India who got 8th position in the list. Quantico Season 2 will be aired from September 25 on Star World and Star World HD.
Even though Indian American actors are still fighting for visibility on American television, one can not ignore the fact that recent months have seen Indian actors in prominent roles across all networks and steaming services. Standing proud at the eighth position, Priyanka has earned Dollars 11 million not just from her American debut Quantico but from an assortment of high-end endorsement projects making her the first Indian star to feature in the list.
Coming to Bollywood, Priyanka Chopra is the first actress to feature on the Forbes list for starring on an American TV series and she is quite new face for all the audience of America. Other actresses who made the list include, Sofia Vergara topping the list, Kaley Cuoco, Ellen Pompeo, Stana Katic and Mindy Kaling. Her earnings are mentioned as $11 million.

American comediane Mindy Kaling placed third after earning $15 million. Chopra, who made her USA debut with ABC’s runaway hit “Quantico”, on the other hand, is a new addition, which also makes her the first Indian star to enter this coveted list. Her first Hollywood film comes in the Dwayne Johnson starrer “Baywatch“.
