Authorities are trying to find three mentally disabled men who were believed to be trapped when a western Pennsylvania home caught fire. The brothers were all in their 50s and lived alone in the home. Family members contacted Friday declined comment.
A vehicle was still in the garage at the house, and neighbors said they were unaware of the men’s whereabouts. It was reported about 7 a.m. The brothers weren’t burned and were found in a remote part of the basement.
State police fire marshals are treating Shenango Twp. house as a triple homicide crime scene.

Autopsies were expected Friday, though investigators suspect the men died from smoke inhalation because their bodies had no burns or other obvious injuries, Lt. Eric Helmick said.
