Trump’s anti-Clinton speech cut short by black pastor

Speaking of the objective of talking, Trump’s speech to a black church in Flint got shut down by the pastor when his comments started turning into a stump speech. Trump stated that it didn’t bother him that he was interrupted.

Trump was lip-synching a different tune today on Fox “News”. “And I’ll tell you the audience was fantastic”, Trump said. It’s safe to say the business mogul did not receive the warm reception he had probably hoped for – in fact, his photo with a little girl in tiara and a sash aptly sums up how the city apparently felt about his visit. “Now cars are made in Mexico and you can’t drink the water in Flint”. As Rachel explained on last night’s show, the Republican presidential candidate showed up anyway, toured a water facility, and delivered remarks at the Bethel United Methodist Church, where he’d been invited to make an appearance.

“Well, I was in Flint yesterday and it was a very interesting experience and got unbelievably good treatment from people, I must say, and even in that audience, the treatment was great”.

But something was up because I noticed she was so nervous when she introduced me, and she called NBC “ABC”, ABC was the owner of an NBC Network and she said he owns ABC and we sort of smiled together backstage. “She didn’t appear nervous at all”, he wrote in a piece this morning summarizing the incident. Despite being told it wouldn’t hurt for him to lose a few pounds, Dr. Oz gave Trump a clean bill of health.

Residents of Flint asked a federal judge on Wednesday to order bottled water or filters be provided to them to prevent further lead exposure, 2-1/2 years after the city’s water supply was found to be contaminated. When someone in the audience tried to bring up the 1973 civil rights lawsuit again him, Timmons stepped in.

Citing the pastor’s Facebook post, co-host Steve Doocy asked Trump if he believed he was set-up by the historically black church. “Trump’s presence at Bethel United Methodist in no way represents an endorsement of his candidacy”, she had said, justifying the interruption.

As he is wont to do, Trump turned what should have been an innocuous visit to a church into a major problem.

One protestor FOX 2’s Charlie Langton spoke with on Wednesday mentioned that Trump had said that.
