Trump criticizes Clinton about her comments about supporters

On Monday night, CNN’s Wolf Blitzer gave Pence a “deplorables” litmus test by saying that while the Clinton campaign wouldn’t specify how many of Trump’s supporters they believed were actually “deplorables”, there were, arguably, a few Trump supporters who were openly bigoted.

“But the idea that we shift immediately to the person who is keeping the most punishing schedule of any presidential candidate – it’s unbelievable”, Ms. Conway said.

Responding to the Blitzer query, Pence said: “No, I’m not in the name-calling business, Wolf”.

If only there were a word for someone who doesn’t have the guts to call a racist bigot out on national television.

Clinton did express “regret” Saturday for the comments, but she did not apologize for the broader point. “So what was it – 40%?”

Trump, 70, said Monday on Fox News that he had undergone a physical exam within the last week and would release “very, very specific numbers” from it. Democrats have criticized him for attacking Clinton’s transparency on health even after he released just a four-paragraph letter from a doctor a year ago.

“People are vying for the highest office in the land”, the in governor said.

The comments, though, combined with Clinton’s health scare Sunday at the 9/11 memorial – she was captured on video struggling to step into a waiting van and her doctor later announced that she had been diagnosed with pneumonia – could reshape the race, in which Clinton holds slim leads in several battleground states.

Pence is in Washington ahead of meetings with Capitol Hill Republicans on Tuesday. We’re praying for a swift recovery.

The other “basket”, she said, is made up of people who feel the government has “let them down” and are “desperate for change”. “We’ll leave it at that”. “Doesn’t really even matter where it comes from”. On the show, Trump, 70, said he takes a statin, a common drug to lower cholesterol. The campaign says it will release detailed information from the exam later in the week.

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists declared support for nonprescription birth control pills in 2012, but some groups oppose the measure because of the health risks associated with them. Pence snapped back, “Well, that-no”.

“I think it’s a horror show that it was allowed to happen, and to be honest with you, it should have never, ever been allowed to happen”, Trump told the paper.

The show does not air until Thursday and the campaign declined to immediately disclose the results.

Pence came under fire for refusing to to use the term “deplorable” during an interview with CNN on Monday. “It’s not what the American people are talking about”. But he praised Pence as “a good man, a friend” and “a strong conservative”.

David Duke endorsed Donald Trump, which has brought a lot of criticism to the real estate mogul’s campaign, particularly since he was slow to disavow the endorsement.
