As he spoke, Reverend Faith Green Timmons walked over, her hands clasped, and interrupted him.

Good pastor – Rev. Faith Green Timmons, who wasn’t about to allow the Bethel United Methodist Church to become another Trump political pawn.
“This is my church and you will respect him”, Timmons reportedly said, to which Trump replied, “Thank you”. We have our chance to show Donald Trump that this nation is filled with intelligent, wise, black citizens of integrity, many of whom will live here in Flint, Michigan. “And I said, ‘Wow this is sort of odd.’ And then, she came up”.
The pastor of a church in Flint, Mich., interrupted Donald Trump when the Republican nominee attacked opponent Hillary Clinton.
During Donald Trump’s campaign stop in MI, the Republican nominee met with 9-year-old Amariyanna Copeny, who holds the title of Little Miss Flint.
As Trump took to the lectern to speak he launched into an attack on Clinton.
Trump was visiting the city to view its water crisis first-hand and extend his recent outreach to African-American voters ahead of the November 8 election.
“Hillary failed with the economy just like she has failed on foreign policy – everything she touched didn’t work out”.
During his telephone interview with Fox News, the Republican nominee accused Green-Timmons of planning to come onstage to cut off his remarks when he addressed her congregation. “It doesn’t bother me”, Trump said on Fox.
The reverend had said in a statement distributed to reporters that the visit “in no way” represented an endorsement of Trump’s candidacy.
Mlive.com reported that other people tried to ask Mr. Trump what he meant when he says African-Americans have nothing to lose, whether he was sorry for firing black workers from his casinos and about about his family’s history with alleged housing discrimination.
Of course Trump’s feelings were a little hurt, so he ran to Fox News to slam the pastor for interrupting his speech.

Of course, Pastor Timmons’ interruption was the correct thing to do, as, according to a statement provided at yesterday’s event, it was clearly mentioned that the church welcomes all people. “They’ll make their cars, they’ll employ thousands and thousands of people, not from this country…and we’ll have nothing but more unemployment in Flint”.
