The iPhone 7 hits stores – but some models are already sold out
The company may have also reduced orders with suppliers when it began selling the iPhone 6S and is looking to avoid any costly blunders this time around. A 20-year-old student who declined to give his name arrived at 9am to pick up two of his reserved gold iPhone 7 Plus products, each with 256 gigabytes of storage. The iPhone 7 is now officially available and hopes are high that demand will remain strong and the stock will keep trading at its record high for the year.

Apple has released its latest phone: The iPhone 7.
It is interesting to see that the range-topping 256GB versions were more popular than the entry-level 32GB models, seeing as they are $200 more expensive in US.
If you can wait and do not want to spend a full morning in line waiting to get your new iPhone 7, one can order the same online through many retailers or directly from Apple.
The iPhone 7 Plus has a second lens that offers 2X optical zoom without any image degradation.
New color options in the new iPhone also mean new trends, with 69 percent of consumers opting for the black or jet black iPhone 7.
Numerous devices have already sold out across the world with the new Jet Black model now unavailable until November. Availability at partner locations for all finishes may vary and we recommend checking directly with them.
According to its data, 45% of the units sold in the first two days of preorders were 4.7-inch iPhones, while the iPhone 7 Plus accounted for 55% of sales.
The jet black phones have a complex manufacturing process that involves nine stages of production. But people who haven’t reserved one in advance won’t be able to be too picky about the color – or get the larger model.
One M1 customer going by the moniker James Koh JL, who had paid for a 256GB silver iPhone 7 Plus, said: “Can I know what is the point of the pre-order?”

Apple doesn’t provide any sales information in the initial weeks of the launch as it believes that the numbers are an indication of the supply rather than demand.
