Underfire Trump admits Obama is American

We’re at Donald Trump’s new hotel in Washington, D.C., and he just gave a master class in how to play the media.

But that announcement wasn’t without anticipation.

The Democratic presidential nominee said “leading the birther movement is deplorable”, and trying to say that Trump “did a great service” to Obama “is asinine”.

“You watch my statement; I think you’ll be happy”, Trump emphasized.

And for the majority of his campaign, Trump was a part of that group.

A few years into his presidency, Obama, the first African American to win the White House, released a longer version of his birth certificate to answer those who suggested he was not US born.

He didn’t really say why.

“Her campaign of 2008 started the birther controversy”.

Clinton said earlier today that Trump owes Obama and the American people an apology for questioning the president’s citizenship.

Trump has falsely accused her campaign of starting the “birther” movement. “Well, I’m not that shocked actually – it’s fairly typical”, he said shortly before a meeting.

One of the speakers at the event, retired Gen. Thomas McInerney, has also publicly questioned whether Obama was born in this country. “Who do I believe?’ It makes individuals not want to vote”.

In 2011, Mr. Trump was finally able to bring this ugly incident to its conclusion by successfully compelling President Obama to release his birth certificate.

In her remarks Friday, Demings drew on her police experience in painting Trump as an unfit candidate for the White House. “I have my own theory on Obama”.

CNN host Jake Tapper ripped Donald Trump on Friday for spending over 20 minutes promoting his hotel and veteran supporters before weighing in on a “major announcement” regarding his beliefs on President Barack Obama’s citizenship.

For the presidential opponents both holding events within blocks of the White House, the day was a battle over truths.

“An “extremely credible source” has called my office and told me that @BarackObama’s birth certificate is a fraud“, Trump said in a tweet in August 2012. “In addition to the President, Trump looks at a distinguished federal judge born in IN and he sees a Mexican, not an American”, she alleged. “Was he a natural-born citizen?”

Other members of the CBC told reporters that Trump has tried to delegitimize Obama, the first African-American president.

“I’ll answer that question at the right time”, Trump said.

“Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is, I don’t know”, he added. “My hope would be that the presidential election reflects more serious issues”. “Imagine a person in the Oval Office who traffics in conspiracy theories and refuses to let them go, no matter what the facts are”, Clinton said.
