The plea deal, filed in court Wednesday, would see Fogle serve between five and 12½ years in prison.

That Fogle worked so closely with kids is particularly jarring given the contents of a plea agreement released by the U.S. Attorney of the Southern District of Indiana on Wednesday. He is ordered to stay at home and has to wear an electronic ankle monitoring device.
Fogle’s family says they are happy he is seeking medical treatment and hope he will make amends when he’s done serving his eventual sentence. He has already begun that process by being extensively examined by a world-renowned expert in sexual conditions in order to chart a course to recovery. “He at some point will become once again a productive member of society”.
