Kaif would be presented “Smita Patil Memorial Award for Best Actor” (part of the overall awards), while Chawla would be honoured for her outstanding role in promoting social causes, said the NGO which has completed 32 years of existence.
The online users have been shocked primarily because of questionable acting skills of Katrina, who’s had a number of hits to her credit but has often been criticised for being a mediocre actor. Asserting that we should be masters and not slaves of the electronic gadgets, the former Miss India believes that we should make use of the technological advancements to our own advantage.

The actress will be conferred the award by the Priyadarshni Academy Global Award on September 19.
