Trump calls Michigan pastor ‘nervous mess’ after she interrupts his speech
Clinton responded to Trump’s characterization during a news conference Thursday afternoon, taking issue with Trump calling her “nervous”. Copeny came out to greet the candidate at Bethel United Methodist Church, and immediately feared for her life. The Republican nominee returned to the topic of Flint for about 90 seconds before leaving the stage; an embarrassing spectacle that Trump quickly avenged by savaging Reverend Faith Green Timmons in TV interviews as a “nervous mess”.

In the interview on Fox, Trump was asked whether he was bothered by the pastor stopping him from delivering a campaign speech in her church. “I’ll tell you what really made me feel good, the audience was saying let him speak, let him speak, and the audience was so great and these are mostly African-American people, phenomenal people and they want to see change”, Trump said.
Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump took some shots at Rev. Faith Green Timmons of the Bethel United Methodist Church in Flint, Michigan, on September 15 (video below).
Trump was met with several hecklers after the interruption, and Rev. Timmons eventually opened the curtain she was standing behind and said to the crowd, “Mr. Trump is a guest of my church and you will respect him”.
Little Miss Flint – wrote a letter to the president in March telling him about her efforts to raise awareness of Flint’s toxic drinking water, which became contaminated with lead in 2014.
“She was a nervous mess”, Trump said. “When it went further than that, I did exactly what we agreed I would do”. “She was like a nervous mess, and so I figured something was up”.
One protestor FOX 2’s Charlie Langton spoke with on Wednesday mentioned that Trump had said that. “Now, Hillary Clinton…” he says until the pastor interrupts. She deserves better than that, and Flint deserves better.
“We were told the water was OK”, she said, regarding the first months of the crisis.

“Oh, oh, okay, that’s good”, Mr Trump responded, shuffling papers on his podium at Bethel United Methodist Church. Because of her acceptance of the Trump campaign’s outreach, she is now being mocked as a nervous wreck by the Republican Party’s presidential contender.
