Lochte joined season 23 of “Dancing With The Stars” after a spate of negative publicity that the 32-year-old received for admitting he “over-exaggerated” claims that he and fellow swimmers were robbed at gunpoint in Rio.

“The suspects posed as audience members, then changed clothes to display anti-Lochte T-shirts to disrupt the show”, said Lopez, adding that both men had tickets and appeared to have planned the protest.

“Two individuals stormed the dance floor tonight and were immediately subdued and escorted out of the building”.

Of course, we’re not sure how he injured his ankle as we see in every angle that he really just moved out of the way, and behind Cheryl, when the security guard tackled the protester.

The two men, wearing anti-Lochte T-shirts, were arrested on suspicion of criminal trespassing, Los Angeles police spokesman Liliana Preciado said.

“We didn’t agree obviously with Walt Disney Company choosing Lochte to represent Americans”, Soroudi said in a video interview obtained by TMZ from AKM-GSI.

Security managed to tackle the two men and escorted the women out of the venue as well.

The television audience only saw judge Carrie Ann Inaba say “Excuse me!” repeatedly while Lochte and Burke stared at some commotion off camera.

Bergeron continued, explaining that the room seemed shocked by the incident, and referred to the show’s various security precautions. Bergeron thanked the security team on the show. Released from lockup in downtown Los Angeles Tuesday morning, Sam Saotoodeh and Barzeen Soroudi said they were in Rio de Janeiro for the Olympics and were embarrassed by Lochte’s behavior.

After the scene, Lochte told Bergeron, “So many feelings are going through my head right now”. “But you know, I came out here, I wanted to do something I’m completely not comfortable with out here”.
