Along with the image, Snyder used #BatmanDay in celebration of the character. Synder revealed the image on Twitter which shows Simmons standing next to the Bat Signal.

Gotham City appears to be a major locale for the Justice League movie.

JUSTICE LEAGUE will feature Batman (Ben Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), and Superman (Henry Cavill), alongside new featured players Aquaman (Jason Momoa), The Flash (Ezra Miller), Cyborg (Ray Fisher), Mera (Amber Heard), with Lois Lane (Amy Adams), Alfred (Jeremy Irons).

It has been a good week for Justice League fans, with Snyder previously sharing a photo of Batman in a new tactical suit for the film. We now know that Deathstroke will be played by Joe Manganiello, and that Deathstroke will be the primary antagonist of the first solo Batman movie in the DC Extended Universe.

The story will follow Bruce Wayne, fuelled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, as he enlists help to face an even greater enemy.
