Hue Jackson Comments on Browns Trade with Eagles, Carson Wentz

Just how loud has it become?

The President of the United States brought him up in a speech.

It was only a couple of weeks ago when Carson Wentz was the third string quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles.

“We’ll look to our guys first and then if we feel like we need to move on from there and find somebody, then we will”, Jackson said of adding a quarterback.

“He’s pretty damn impressive”, Bears defensive coordinator Vic Fangio said.

Pederson said Wentz is handling all of the attention well. “And I knew that I wasn’t taking care of my body enough, especially at young age”. It was cool and all.

“. Brett was more of the gunslinger, kind of hose it in there and get away with arm strength where with Carson, it’s a little more calculated with him, but at the same time you see that same kind of grit, determination, toughness that I saw with Brett playing with him for eight years”, he said.

Number 11 jerseys are popping up from sea to shining sea.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jordan Matthews (81) catches a pass as Cleveland Browns cornerback Joe Haden (23) defends in the fourth quarter at Lincoln Financial Field. The Eagles have never had one of those before, not since the Associated Press began voting on that in 1967. But Pederson isn’t going to take any chances with the toast of Philadelphia. Imagine the noise if Wentz leads them there at some point in his career? But he understands the attention on the quarterback, and he knows it will be increased with the Eagles hitting the road to face Chicago on Monday Night Football.

In his National Football League debut this past Sunday, Wentz completed 22 of 37 passes for 278 yards and two touchdowns in the Eagles’ 29-10 win over Cleveland. “That’s always been my philosophy”. It’s another game week, another set of circumstances.

Chicago let up over 100 yards on the ground to Houston’s Lamar Miller, and could be in for a long day in Mathews gets it going on Monday night. So we have to refocus. Maybe it’s because fans can have a tendency to put too much stock in what they’ve just seen. “Rookies getting shout-outs from the president”.

Like we said nearly everyone is impressed by what they saw from the Bismarck native.

Wentz delivered against the Cleveland Browns, and the rest of the football world took notice. He was stuck behind Sam Bradford and Chase Daniel. I think he broke out and he was trying to scramble and get out of bounds and I think Gary (Barnidge) was blocking and defending, and the defender was really out of bounds and he was trying to get there and at the last second they pushed him back.

“I was just excited to get this thing kicked off”. “It’s insane how much I can focus in on football and not let a lot of this get to me”.
