Trump criticized for bait and switch on ‘birtherism’

Clinton has regularly said that she supports the right of American citizens to own guns, but wants additional “reasonable” restrictions on gun ownership, such as a ban on assault weapons, an expansion of background checks to more types of gun sales, and new measures to prevent criminals, suspected terrorists, domestic abusers, and the severely mentally ill from being able to purchase firearms. Let’s see what happens to her. Take their guns away.

“If she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do folks”, Trump told a rally in North Carolina on August 9. In remarks last month, Trump falsely said Clinton wanted to “abolish” the second amendment.

The Republican candidate told Cubans that if he was elected November 8th, he was going to reverse President Barack Obama’s decision to reestablish relations with the Communist island.

Fresh off of falsely blaming Hillary Clinton for the birther movement that accused President Barack Obama of not being a US citizen, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has suggested violence against Clinton once again. “They should disarm. I think they should disarm immediately, what do you think, yes?”, he said.

“I think that her bodyguards should drop all weapons”, the real estate mogul told a spirited rally in Miami, Florida.

Trump’s remarks came after telling the crowd Clinton wants to “destroy” the second amendment.

“Whether this is done to provoke protesters at a rally or casually or even as a joke, it is an unacceptable quality in anyone seeking the job of commander in chief”, campaign manager Robby Mook said in a statement.

Kaine also sought to explain Clinton’s “basket of deplorables” remark in the context of the birther controversy about President Obama.

“Barack Obama was born in America plain and simple”.

Some of his demands to Cuban President Raul Castro, he said, will include religious and political freedom for Cubans.

The comment marks yet another reversal for the GOP candidate, who previously said he supported the idea of normalized relations, but wished the US had negotiated a better deal.

“And this is a pattern that has been repeated over and over again, and I think this doesn’t belong in any race, much less a race to be president of this country”, Kaine said.

Trump promised to help the “oppressed” Venezuelans and to repeal Obamacare.

“Tonight, Donald Trump once again alluded to violence against Hillary Clinton”, said Elizabeth Shappell, spokeswoman for Correct The Record, a pro-Clinton media watchdog group. The system is bad.
