Donald Trump Calls Flint Pastor Who Interrupted Him a ‘Nervous Mess’
(CNN) – Donald Trump said “something was up” with Rev. Faith Green Timmons, the pastor who interrupted him to ask him not to attack Hillary Clinton in her church in Flint, Michigan on Wednesday. He said. “She was like a nervous mess”. And I said, ‘wow, this was kind of odd.’ And then she came up. “Had he stuck to what his camp claimed he came to do, we would not have had a problem!” she wrote in another Facebook post. One church member pursued him, asking repeatedly what he meant when he said that black voters had “nothing to lose” by voting for him. “Just like she failed on foreign policy”, he told the gathered crowd, a few of home who had heckled him.

Donald Trump unleashed a firestorm of criticism from liberals, conservatives and those in between when he called for a ban on Muslims entering the United States.
Trump on Wednesday was touring the city “plagued by lead-contaminated drinking water since Gov. Rick Snyder switched the city’s water supply from Lake Huron to the Flint River in 2014 as a cost-cutting measure”, as The Hill put it.
He spoke with the news network a day after Rev. Faith Green Timmons, who invited Trump to speak to her congregation, interrupted the GOP nominee during his speech after he began attacking Clinton. “It doesn’t bother me”, Mr Trump told Fox & Friends, adding that she was visibly shaking. He has previously written about film for Bloody Disgusting, We Got This Covered, What Culture, and The Celebrity Cafe. “Now the cars are made in Mexico, and you can’t drink the water in Flint”. “It’s unbelievable the damage that’s been done, but we’ll get it fixed, and it will be fixed quickly – if I’m elected, but it will be fixed quickly and effectively and Flint will come back”.
“The audience was saying let him speak, let him speak”, Trump told Fox and Friends.
Democrats have made the Flint water crisis a more prominent part of their campaign than Republicans. “Nothing”, Trump said, addressing several dozen people in the church’s fellowship hall, according to the Detroit News. The celebrity businessman responded: “Never, you’re wrong”.
But Trump’s short-but-messy visit is the latest evidence of the difficulties he faces in making headway with African-American voters, a bloc that has nearly completely written him off according to polls showing him winning under 5 percent of the black vote.
