Fans of the The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt franchise now have plenty to cheer about as the recently announced New Game Plus mode is rolling out to Xbox One users.

First make sure you have downloaded the DLC from the PSN Store or Steam etc. and then go in-game to check if you can find it in the downloadable content section in the main menu. CD Projekt is really doing a lot to keep the community alive. This DLC is the final of the 16 free DLCs that the game’s developers had earlier committed. Those below that mark will be bumped up to level 30 upon starting New Game Plus. This is different from starting a brand new game with a fresh character on a harder difficulty setting because in the latter case you have nothing and you still have to build up all your gear, goods and gold all over again. Momot replies “this is the mod support for the Wild Hunt”.

GameSpot also reports that CD Projekt Red released mod tools for the PC version of “The Witcher 3” on August 14.

Quest items, trophies, books and letters, food and Gwent cards will not be present in their inventory during new session and players are free to choose their desired difficulty level to challenge themselves again.

IGN further adds that gamers that has lower level will have a sudden boost at level 30 already once they have started the New Game Plus and a Clearing potion in order to reset their previous skills. Of course, it is not the final DLC for the game, but merely the last free DLC for it. It has been stated that the DLC will be for all platforms, so others will be able to get it within the week.
