White, Working Class Voters Vex Hillary Clinton

Trump’s role as chief promoter of the conspiracy theory about the nation’s first black president has left him with nearly no support among African-Americans and has turned off moderates who bristle at its racist undertones. But the unconventional nature of his candidacy extends to his study habits, and some on his team are a bit anxious.

Clinton targeted Trump in her convention speech in July by criticizing him for trying to “ban a religion” and his mentality that he “alone can fix this”.

But one big name will be missing from this CGI meeting.

Hillary Clinton boasts 291 campaign offices spread across 14 battleground states.

A negligible percentage of Clinton supporters said concerns about her health made them “less likely” to vote for her.

On Monday, Clinton will travel to OH to make her case to millennials by retracing some of her early work as a lawyer.

A comprehensive online survey of 5,000 Americans found that 31 percent of those polled can’t quite take the leap to vote for Trump-or Clinton. Trump has an advantage with whites, men, avid churchgoers and people who are nearing retirement age. They have seen erosion in her support among white voters during hard weeks, though they argue that those voters have shifted to the undecided column rather than moving all the way to supporting Trump.

Do you take time – and resources – to follow up with that voter to make sure they cast their ballot? Democrats are less enthusiastic about voting now than they were in August. He said that at the moment at least, these voters – the Mitt Romney coalition in 2012 – see Trump as an acceptable alternative to Clinton following several weeks of relatively disciplined campaigning by Trump.

But what about the Republican Party’s ground-game efforts? Sixty-four percent said banks and financial firms, 60 percent said large businesses and another 41 percent said recent immigrants to the United States.

That’s not to mention the most recent revelations from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, including damaging reports that Clinton staffers were demolishing devices with hammers to make sure information could not be retrieved. And it took a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit to get information on Clinton’s calendar as secretary of state, which included meetings with donors to her husband’s charitable foundation. Both candidates have a lot of work to do to show they are willing to be more open about their personal and political affairs.
