Reports surfaced on Sunday night courtesy of Us Weekly that the Bad Romance singer would be taking to the stage/field at the sporting event next year. She recently performed a powerful rendition of the “Star-Spangled Banner” at the Super Bowl 50. Ravitz said that while the league has had conversations with several fantastic artists about the halftime show, there has been no final decision.

Fans of Lady Gaga are excited about the release of the singer’s fifth album, the date of which has finally been revealed. “Maybe next time … cause I’m going to do a dance album next time”. Earlier this week, Billboard reported that Gaga was in talks to headline the show.

Lady Gaga is apparently under consideration, perhaps strong consideration, but Gaga has not been named as the headliner.

Considering what she had to say about being asked to sing the anthem, we can ascertain that she must be absolutely thrilled to perform in February.

Meanwhile, Gaga – the actress – will appear on the sixth season of Ryan Murphy’s other show, American Horror Story, for her second run on the anthology series. “I never met her, but she’s been one of the most important figures in my life”, Lady Gaga said.
