Lawyers for Schneider, who Wednesday the comedian in October 2011, said in last year’s filing that she believes there is more money to be given and that the children have “taken a restrictive interpretation of this provision” and are purposely withholding money.

TMZ reported that Susan Schneider filed legal documents in which she complained that she is not getting enough money to cover her mortgage, insurance and maintenance of the Tiburon, CA home where she shared with the late actor.
He left most of his holdings to his children – Cody, 23, and Zelda, 25, whose mother is Williams’ second wife, Marsha Garces; and Zachary, 31, Williams’ son with wife Valerie Velardi.
In a report by Los Angeles Times, the Williams kids assert that Schneider is trying to secure more money than what was earlier agreed.
The children in their August 14 filing say the estate’s trustees have determined the division of all of Williams’ personal property, and those decisions are final.

The two sides have been locked in a bitter legal battle over details of the late actor’s estate for months, including over which items should be considered “memorabilia”. They say the trustees have also arrived at a figure for a reserve fund for Susan Williams.
In court papers they filed to counter her petition, they noted that their stepmom was now “seeking to increase her share of the trust assets at the expense of the Williams children”.
Apparently Williams’ Schneider can not agree with the children on the amount on how much she should get.
Now, according court documents obtained by People, Williams is taking it a step further by alleging that she is not receiving enough money to cover the insurance, mortgage, and upkeep of their multimillion dollar property in Tiburon, California.

“[Schneider] attempts to manipulate this language in [an] attempt to enhance her financial position at the expense of the Williams Children”.
