Williams then grabbed her toddlers and fled, deputies said.

The children had been placed in the home of the unidentified guardian by court order, though officials did not indicate why.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said Mason Williams, 1, was last seen wearing an orange shirt with a diaper. This new information elevated the children from missing and endangered status to an Amber Alert. She weighs around 40 pounds and was last seen wearing a pink dress and no shoes.

Both adults are known drug users with a violent history that causes concern for the safety and well being of the two children.

The guardian told deputies that Williams texted her, demanding to see the children, but was refused before she came to the house.

Deputies say Williams sometimes drives a white 2004 Ford Expedition with tag DNSC62.

Police believe that Stacey Williams is traveling with her husband and the children’s father, 29-year-old Ryan Williams.

The sheriff’s office said they may be traveling to West Virginia.

“Stacey can be described as 5’5” tall, 165 lbs with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Rylan Williams is three-years-old with blonde hair and blue eyes.

The Sheriff’s Office said Williams barged into the guardian’s home Saturday evening, and struggled with the guardian.
