Grey’s Anatomy Season 13 Spoilers: Loyalties Are Questioned?

Season 13 of “Grey’s Anatomy” will pick up immediately following the events of the previous instalment that saw Alex beating DeLuca to a pulp after a slight misunderstanding.

Alex may have beaten DeLuca within an inch of his life, but DeLuca will survive – and end up with an even bigger storyline in season 13.

Shonda Rhimes, the creator of the medical drama series, recently revealed that Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) will be getting a love interest in “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 13, International Business Times reported.

Parent Herald reports of a possible Meridith-Alex relationship, considering that the two original characters from the first season have developed their friendship in a deeper level. “If you talk to Ellen Pompeo and Justin Chambers, they will say” yuck “because they are like brother and sister I think mainly it’s because they have thirteen years of history they are like family and that’s a handsome thing “. Despite a love triangle happening with her, Riggs, and her sister Maggie Pierce (Kelly McCreary), Meredith will be continuing this romance with Riggs in season 13.

Meanwhile, the friendship between Meredith and Alex is growing by leaps and bounds with time. The coming season will have a fair share of Jo and Alex drama because she has already turned down his proposal and now it is going to be hard for her to move on and erase him completely from her life. However, she stressed that she doesn’t want to force the relationship and said that she wouldn’t just want to stick two people together. “So it feels really easy like family, and there’s something handsome about that”, she added.

Fans of Arizona Robbins would be happy to know that “Grey’s Anatomy”, Season 13 is going to play a romantic tune for their favorite character. “I can just let you know that we pick up where we left off, so it’s going to be a hot opening”.

Shonda Rhimes reveals that DeLuca will find himself in a spotlight he is not even interested to take part of.

“Grey’s Anatomy” season 13 premieres on Thursday, Sept. 22, at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
