Motorola launches Moto E3 Power in India for Rs 7999

Even though the Moto E3 Power is built by Lenovo, it runs an nearly stock and unmodified version of Android, in this case, Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. The new handset that is launched today is the third generation of Moto E. Originally unveiled in 2013; these series have come a long way since the introduction of budget-centric Android smartphones.

The Moto E3 Power will be available exclusively on Flipkart, Motorola’s longtime distribution partner, from this midnight.

On the specification front, the Moto e3 Power sports a 5-inch display with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. Moto e3 was officially announced first in the United Kingdom in July 2016 and has a 2800 mAh battery; the Moto e3 Power is a basically battery focused smartphone which comes with a 3500 mAh battery.

The Moto E3 Power runs the latest Android 6.0.1, but now that Nougat has started pushing to official phones, the new Moto phones should be getting it too. The MediaTek chipset coupled with 2GB RAM offers very smooth user experience. It will be available in black and white color variants.

Storage: 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded with a microSD card of up-to 128GB.

Moto e3 Power, as the name implies is a version of e3 that brings improvements to Moto E2 in every aspect. Early birds will also get offers such as the free 32 GB SanDisk microSD card. The device contains an 8MP autofocus camera with Geo-tagging, panorama, HDR features and a 5MP front shooter for Video calling purposes. The new smartphone will go against the likes of Xiaomi 3S that packs a huge 4100 mAh battery. Moto has also bundled in a fast charger that can give five hours of battery life in just 15 minutes of charging. While talking about the connectivity, it has a 4G LTE network support, dual SIM, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and microUSB port.
