The Buckeyes defense later gave up its first touchdown on the season. His toughness opened up the outside running lanes for junior H-back Curtis Samuel. They are second nationally in points per game (62.5) and fifth in total offense (596.5 ypg). Due to the fact that Ohio State held such a big lead, they were more anxious about killing the time on the clock than actually putting points on the scoreboard, which is completely understandable.
