Surface Pro 4, new flagship Lumias said to debut at October. event
The company has been coming out with no specific information when it comes to these phones, and though there is absolutely no official communication from Microsoft’s end over this, there have been rumours all over the internet which confirm the arrival of these two devices.

I’ve also heard from my contacts that October is the likely timing and New York City the likely venue.
The new Lumia’s are going to be flagships. I don’t know.
The Surface Pro series is one of Microsoft’s most successful product lineups.
The Surface Pro 4 is expected to retain the design and overall styling of the previous Surface models, two of the features that have proven popular with business customers, where adoption of the tablet is high. The company is expected to launch the Microsoft Band 2 together with the Windows 10 Phones and the next-gen tablet.
Naturally, Microsoft expects many folks to upgrade the aforementioned devices to Windows 10, and the latest firmware updates are focused on graphics performance and stability, with improvements touted on both counts. Alongside this, Microsoft could also unveil some surprise hardware, according to The Verge, which could be a Surface Mini (which has previously been shelved) or some new Xbox hardware. My totally-uninformed guess: Maybe we’ll get a glimpse of the post-CityMan/TalkMan premium Surface Phone that some have been hoping/wishing for.
The phones are expected to launch with an iris scanner, support for the surface pen and facial recognition and face tracking technology which will help change the way the system works! It appears that will not happen, instead, it could hold back the launch for a massive consumer facing event, which could also be the launch of Windows 10 for mobile.
It’s abundantly clear that 2015 is a huge year for Microsoft software, but hardware has been sorely missed.

A new guess on my part: Maybe Microsoft will show off or maybe even deliver the awaited developer version of the HoloLens augmented reality headsets (which have Windows 10 at their core) at the October event? Last month we started hearing rumors of a possible October announcement.
