Caitlyn Jenner could face manslaughter charge in deadly Malibu crash
Charges? The Los Angeles police are set to recommend Caitlyn Jenner be charged with vehicular manslaughter when they turn over their investigation into a February 7 crash to the district attorney’s office next week. The report claims that “the recommendation is based on Jenner’s speed of travel, which authorities believe was unsafe amid the existing conditions”. Kimberly Howe was killed and seven others were injured.

Caitlyn Jenner could be facing charges of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter as early as next week, following a fatal crash she was involved in.
Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office will present to prosecutors evidence that Jenner was driving at an unsafe speed when she was involved in a deadly smashup on the Pacific Coast Highway in February, a law-enforcement source said. The Lexus veered into oncoming traffic in a southbound lane and collided head-on with a black Hummer.
The crash remains under investigation by the Sheriff’s Department.
AP Kim Howe died at the scene. Social media has been filled with a fast commentary of people disputing whether or not Jenner was holding a mobile device at the time of the crash.
Jenner, who now identifies as a woman and goes by the name Caitlyn, was not injured in the collision.
Caitlyn Jenner may be on top of the world, but it could all come crashing down. “It is a devastating tragedy and I can not pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time”. She spoke for the first time publicly about being transgender in April.
