“Some of the ministries came and saw the film and they have liked it”.

A strong and meaningful message that the film spreads out is that no matter how a woman dresses, what she does or what she thinks, when she says no to sexual advances, it is a definite no. “I want to do free shows for this film including for girls”. Thus, Pink 3/4th days box office collection in India has settled down to Rs. 12 crores whereas Raaz Reboot domestic collection of 3/4 days is Rs. 9 crores. It will be interesting to see how both the films perform at the box office in the coming weekdays.

“The film started really low on Friday morning, but from evening onwards, it picked up really well”.

After under-performing films like Baar Baar Dekho, Freaky Ali, A Flying Jatt and Akira, to name just a few, Bollywood has been hoping to have a full-fledged hit, and it may just have that in Pink – which is being lauded as the feminist film we need. Raaz Reboot comes out of a famous franchise Raaz which had Emraan as the lead again wherein Pink has the legend, Mr Bachchan who fights for justice on behalf of three victims.

Despite being in competition with “Pink”, “Raaz Reboot” – directed by Vikram Bhatt – has managed to attract footfalls at cinemas. It earned Rs 4.32 crore on day 1 and Rs 7.65 cr on day 2, the total amounting to Rs 11.97 crore.

Final collection figures for both Pink and Raaz: Reboot are now awaited. On the other side, “Raaz Reboot” had suffered a decline in its earning with a collection of Rs. 5.49 crore on the second day.
