Obama: Donald Trump is No Friend of the Working Class

Hillary Clinton is healthy and fit to serve as president, her doctor said in a letter on the U.S. Democratic candidate’s medical condition provided by the campaign on Wednesday.

The letter details the treatment Clinton received in the days before and after Clintondiagnosis of pneumonia on Friday before she fell ill as she left a September 11 memorial.

Bardack examined Clinton as recently as Wednesday, and has done so several other times since she was diagnosed with pneumonia Friday, according to a campaign aide.

Bardack, who also wrote the letter about Clinton’s health released in July 2015, said her patient takes thyroid and allergy medicines and the blood thinner Coumadin, prescribed as a preventative after she suffered a blood clot resulting from a 2012 concussion that led her to spend a few days in New York-Presbyterian Hospital and take a month-long absence from the State Department.

“This was a mild non-contagious bacterial pneumonia”, Bardack wrote. Seeking to turn the page after her poorly handled bout with pneumonia, Clinton was headed to North Carolina and then the USA capital Washington as she resumed the White House race after a three-day convalescence. More than 70% say a doctor’s letter ensuring good health on both of those fronts are a must, and two-thirds believe White House hopefuls should release previous medical records. She was tested with a non-contrast chest CT scan, which discovered a small right middle-lobe pneumonia. Her lab testing, the doctor added, was “normal”.

Edward Geltman, a cardiologist at Washington University’s School of Medicine, said the information released shows her to be healthy, with normal range for vitals.

He also warned young people from getting “complacent” even though he was confident that they would prefer Clinton over Trump. But I think Krugman’s examples actually support my argument more than they undermine it. The Democratic presidential nominee says she wants to respond to “legitimate questions people have” about her health. “I think she’s in excellent health for her age”, she tells Yahoo Beauty. The fact that he circumvented public systems is, in my view, important context for evaluating Clinton’s tenure as a cabinet secretary, but the fact that the media is less interested in her relative performance in office than in the availability of her records is 100 percent consistent with my analysis. Tim Kaine, also released his health information in a letter from Dr. Brian P. Monahan, the US congressional physician.

She was forced to leave a 9/11 memorial event in NY on Sunday and was seen stumbling limp-legged into a Secret Service vehicle.

The one main health item that does not seem to be included is information about the health of her heart, such as electrocardiogram.

On Wednesday, Trump taped an episode of the Dr. Oz Show, in which he discussed his overall health with host Mehmet Oz. Trump nearly certainly needs to carry the state in order to win the White House, while Clinton’s team is eager to block his path.

Trump says he, too, plans to release details from a recent physical, though it’s unclear when that will happen and how much information he will provide.

The appearance with Oz came hours before Trump was to visit Flint, Michigan to condemn the government failure which led to that city’s water crisis.

The statement from the Oz program also said Trump’s physical was performed by Dr. Harold Bornstein, his personal physician, who in a letter previous year proclaimed the real estate mogul would be the “healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency”. He later said he had written the letter in five minutes as a limousine sent by the candidate idled outside.

Obama repeated that the election was not a reality show, and suggested Clinton might not give them the “flash and sizzle” they were looking for.
