Seeking to turn the page after her poorly handled bout with pneumonia, Clinton was headed to North Carolina and then the USA capital Washington as she resumed the White House race after a three-day convalescence.

Since she was abruptly whisked away from a 9/11 service at ground zero in Manhattan over the weekend, Clinton has seen her polling lead over Donald Trump tighten significantly and almost vanish.
Clinton herself has played down her illness. She also repeatedly sidestepped questions about when her running mate Tim Kaine was informed.

She called the time away at her home in Chappaqua, New York “a gift” which had allowed her to reflect on the campaign. Trump said he “noticed she was so nervous when she introduced me”.
“Because we really want to respond to legitimate questions that people might have”.
Clinton traveled to North Carolina on Thursday for her first campaign event after she almost collapsed at the memorial service on Sunday.
Clinton also phoned in to a fundraiser she had been scheduled to attend in San Francisco on Monday.
The rally marked Clinton’s first public appearance since Sunday, when she abruptly left a 9/11 memorial service after getting dizzy and dehydrated. Her campaign later acknowledged that Clinton had been diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday.
“I don’t know folks, do you think Hillary Clinton would be able to stand up here for an hour?” he said.
Clinton on Wednesday released a letter from her physician, Dr. Lisa Bardack, to dispel rumors about her health. Both candidates’ doctors declared them fit to serve as president. Trump said in a phone interview with “Fox and Friends” that he is 6-foot-3 and 236 pounds – giving him a body mass index falling into the “overweight” range.
Clinton, 68, has blood pressure of 100 over 70. Her letter made no mention of her weight, a key part of a medical exam, nor did a similar letter released past year.
The Democratic presidential nominee spoke briefly with reporters on her campaign plane as she headed to an event in Greensboro, North Carolina.
He also appeared on a United States medical chat show, which aired on Thursday, to discuss his health.
Until Thursday, the only information on Trump’s health had come in a widely ridiculed letter from his doctor declaring he would be the healthiest person to ever serve as president. Before releasing the new details to the public, Trump turned over a copy to Dr. Mehmet Oz while taping an episode of Oz’s TV show.

Trump’s campaign said the Republican would release the physical summary today. “Donald Trump has run a deplorable campaign”, she told the Tom Joyner radio show.
