Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren spoke at two events in OH on Clinton’s behalf, on Saturday and Sunday, that targeted millenials.

A rash of attacks on USA soil put national security centre stage in the presidential campaign yesterday, with Hillary Clinton seeking to show a steady hand and Donald Trump saying America needed to be tougher on terror and immigration.

Clinton released a statement last night condemning the “apparent terror attacks” and outlining her counter-ISIS plan, which she said includes “launching an intelligence surge to help identify and thwart attacks before they can be carried out, and to spot lone-wolf attackers”.

“We have to stand up to his hate”. We can not let it go on. “Americans will not cower”.

On NBC’s Meet the Press, host Chuck Todd presented Conway with a lengthy list of issues on which Trump has recently changed his stated views, including birtherism, tax cuts for the wealthy, a Muslim ban, the minimum wage, the Iraq invasion, Libya intervention, abortion, whether he would self-fund his campaign, whether to accept Syrian refugees, and Japan and nuclear weapons.

Clinton painted a picture of a racist America and a planet on the verge of climate catastrophe.

‘Elections aren’t just about who votes but who doesn’t vote. Optimism, not resentment. Answers, not anger.

Trump had on Friday said Obama was born in the U.S., putting an end to the controversy surrounding his birth place. “But you’re here today because you refuse to accept cynicism”.

“I always knew this would be tight, and you’re right, we have work to do”.

Clinton did better with younger and older voters, while Trump did better with younger baby boomers. A CNN/ORC poll taken earlier this month found Trump leading Clinton 50 percent-46 percent in a two-way match-up.

The survey’s margin of error is plus or minus 1.9 percentage points.

Indeed, the biggest applause line from the assembled crowd of Millenialls Monday came when Clinton mentioned Sanders by name.

QUESTION: Secretary Clinton, the White House has labeled these lone wolf attacks a top concern and given these weekend’s events, what more specifically should be done and what would you do specifically beyond what President Obama has done? And she’s had surrogates including Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren hit college campuses in recent days trying to bring their progressive backers to her camp.

The poll tracks more than 15,000 American voters weekly, and Reuters reports it “could end in a photo finish” as Clinton and Trump are running almost even in the Electoral College, the entity that ultimately elects the president.

Obama garnered 60 percent support among Millennial voters during the 2012 election. “When it comes to public service, the service part has always been easier for me than the public part”.
