Klopp keen to reward Ings for hard work
Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Emre Can will make his Liverpool comeback in Tuesday night’s EFL Cup tie at Derby County.

Matej Vydra and Ikechi Anya, both on loan from Watford, are cup-tied having played earlier in the competition.
Wilson, on loan from Manchester United, sustained a knock on the knee against Bristol City which forced him off after an hour at Ashton Gate.
Jürgen Klopp intends to “pay back” Danny Ings for the hard work that the striker is now putting in despite the limited first-team opportunities coming his way.
The Brazilian Firmino missed Friday’s 2-1 win over Chelsea with a groin strain, while Sturridge was taken off before the hour mark. It [the game at Burton] was not yesterday, that’s for sure.
“We don’t say every day we want to win the League Cup, but we showed a year ago [reaching the final] it’s good to be a part of it”.
“We know how to handle it and we know about recovery”.
“I was very happy that it worked out”. The medical department told me if I gave him three days he would be flawless.
Furthermore, while Sakho is “still working” towards full fitness, Klopp praised the bright start of summer signing Matip, saying “there was never a doubt about his quality”.
If that turns out to be Klopp’s decision, it won’t be a popular choice.
“The biggest difference between first and second division is often consistency”, he explained.
