Rahul Gandhi helps injured youth on roadside before catching flight
The acrimonious debate in the Lok Sabha saw Rahul Gandhi accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi of lacking guts to face the house over the charges against his minister.

In his conversation where he spoke to villagers about bringing back the “chappal wali (slipper) sarkaar” was the glaring answer to why the BJP, led by Narendra Modi, has so effectively sidelined the Congress, whose leaders appear to still be groping in the dark for the causes of their defeat.
Without taking name of Rahul Gandhi, he said, “Here is an institute build by your government, in a village next to your constituency and named after your father but it speaks volumes about your commitment by the very fact that it does not yet have a campus”. He said the Congress had always pursued pro-poor policies but the Modi government was clearly catering to the interest of the rich and, that too at the cost of the poor. On the other hand, Gandhi was the leader of a party that seemed stuck in a time warp with its talk of fighting neo-liberalism and the pro-imperialist approach of the ruling class. The sort of jargon which makes the India of today yawn while checking its mobile phone for the latest.
Former IPL chief Lalit Modi said he has not got any Enforcement Directorate summons, and also denied meeting Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi or his sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra. But it is the country’s loss.
The Lalit Modi controversy and Vyapam scam dominated the session, resulting in paralysis of both Houses and provoking Speaker Sumitra Mahajan to suspend 25 of the 44 Congress members for five days.
“Prime Minister’s words should carry some weight”.
“Modi has just announced a Rs 1.65 lakh crore for Bihar only because of the upcoming Assembly elections in the state”.
Modi doesn’t want to hear anything.
The Amethi MP, who held three mass contact programmes visiting various villages in his constituency, also explained to the public why the Congress had attacked the ruling party and stalled parliamentary proceedings.
