Packers announce Titletown District plans
The Packers described the plaza as a park-like setting that will feature fitness-related activities, cultural opportunities, a winter ice skating rink and “team-inspired public art”.

“Kohler Co., Bellin Health and Hinterland are three great Wisconsin organizations that provide exceptional service in their respective areas”.
A hotel will be built by Kohler Company in the area. Now it will have a neighborhood surrounding the field living up to those standards.
Murphy said the team hopes to attract tenants to the Titletown District that normally would not consider the Green Bay market.
And, Bellin Health, a major Packers sponsor, plans to open a sports medicine clinic in the district. The facility will be geared toward injury prevention, performance improvement, and treatment and therapy for injuries. The clinic will be staffed by longtime Packers team physician Dr. Patrick McKenzie.
We’ve seen several fights between teams holding joint practices this summer, with the Panthers and Dolphins joining the list on Wednesday, and that’s led to questions about what can be done, other than the NFL issuing memos, to keep them from happening in the future.
Hinterland brewery plans to move its operations to the district from downtown Green Bay.
The new Titletown District buildings will surround a 10-acre public plaza. The brewery will produce 20,000 bottles annually and have tours and tasting rooms. “So they’re new to the game, and we knew we would have to design a special hotel for this particular location”. The rest of the acreage will be used for commercial, retail and residential spaces.

The Packers have been acquiring land and demolishing structures in recent years to prepare for the Titletown District. “We’re looking forward to our vision becoming reality, as well as the valuable assistance we’ll continue to receive from these firms as the entire development is completed”.
