It’s unclear how widespread the matter is, and it’s not an iPhone 7 “gate” scandal.

Many sites are warning about the obvious – it’s something you don’t want to do. Fast forward to this day and we have the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

It’s likely that Apple intentionally included this feature to stop the new Lightning headphones from draining the iPhone 7’s battery, though the five-minute shutoff is likely a mistake.

There is no doubt that Apple users have loved the updated design of the new iPhone 7, but did they like the company’s decision to do away with the old 3.5 mm headphone jack? Audio continues to function but the controls stop working, preventing you from adjusting volume, activating Siri, or answering calls. A more elegant fix is on the way, according to Business Insider, in the form of a software update from Apple. Another problem reported was with Beats headphones which also has a non-working remote issue when used with the Lightning adapter. In fact, it made everyone wonder how Apple can push the credentials even further in the speed department with their next device. Luckily, Apple says a fix is on the way. Then, you hear a weird hissing noise. The problem is said to arise when the iPhone 7 was under “heavy performance”. No worries, you can use your phone while charging it. So if you are living in a cold country, using the Home button with gloves is nearly useless.

The button, which is now pressure-sensitive rather than clickable, requires skin contact to work, which means it won’t work with gloves or in a sports band. Applying any amount of pressure won’t register as a click.

The headphone issue is not the only one plaguing iPhone users it seems.

The issue: Toggling back on after Airplane Mode is causing some iPhone 7 and 7 Plus models to be unable to re-establish cellular service. “If you experience the problem, you can just unplug your EarPods and plug them in again to temporarily fix it”.
