Launch date for Clarkson, May and Hammond’s Grand Tour revealed
Unlike other Amazon series that follow the entire series at once format, The Grand Tour will release one episode every Friday for a total of 12 weeks.

The first episode sees the trio heading to California for their first studio tent recording, which will be filmed later this month.

Clarkson, Hammond, and May have signed with Amazon for three seasons of The Grand Tour, so we know we’ll be seeing more of the show next year.
Episodes of the new series will air on the Amazon Prime platform weekly.
Top Gear fans still miss Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May, especially since their replacements aren’t ready to turn the BBC show into something of their own.
The trio moved from the BBC to Amazon after Clarkson was sacked for punching a Top Gear producer past year.
Sadly, as Amazon paid big bucks for the exclusive rights to The Grand Tour, you will only be able to watch the show on Amazon Video.
The team have also recorded in Johannesburg, South Africa, Germany and the UK. “Once it’s gone it’s Amazon’s show, they can do what they like”, he said.
The series is the former Top Gear presenters’ first project together since Clarkson’s sacking by the BBC.
