Video shows United States police shoot and kill unarmed black man
Initial police briefings indicated Crutcher was not obeying officers’ commands, but MacKenzie said Monday she didn’t know what Crutcher was doing that prompted police to shoot.

The family is now demanding charges be pressed against the officer. He said officers need the proper training.
She says he was a dedicated Christian: “The big bad dude was my twin brother”.
“After watching the video and seeing what actually happened, we ask for the facts”, Tiffany Crutcher said.
“There’s been quite a few shootings of blacks around the US, and most of the time, it doesn’t make too much of a noise if they have a weapon, but if they’re unarmed, it hits the national media nearly immediately”, Anderson said.
Crutcher is then seen to fall to the ground. “That’s who he was”, she said. Mr. Crutcher was shot less than 30 seconds after the second auto arrived.
Tulsa police released several video and audio clips from the deadly shooting.
Local and federal investigations are underway to determine whether criminal charges are warranted and whether Crutcher’s civil rights were violated.
Videos released by the Tulsa Police Department Monday shows Crutcher walking with his hands up before the shooting, but it is not clear on the videos where his hands were at the moment the shooting occurred.
Tulsa Police Chief Chuck Jordan said in a news conference that Mr. Crutcher wasn’t armed and didn’t have a weapon in his vehicle.
Ms Shelby has been placed on paid leave. There’s some audio, but listeners can not hear what officers said to Crutcher or what he said to them. His lawyer blamed “negative press” for the verdict.
The attorney for the Crutcher family said even if you assume Crutcher was under the influence that night, there is a certain way to deal with people who might not be in full control of their mental abilities and emotions. But Crutcher kept going, placing his hands in his pockets, where she also feared there could be a weapon, Wood said.
Clinton was specifically referring to the police shooting of Terence Crutcher in Tulsa, Oklahoma, saying he had his “hands in the air” when he was killed.
Crutcher’s twin sister, Tiffany, drew a connection between Terence’s death and the scores of other police killings throughout the United States. “Maybe on something.” Authorities said a vial of PCP was found in Crutcher’s vehicle. However, the police discovered after the shooting that Crutcher was unarmed, and one of Shelby’s fellow officers fired his taser gun at the same time she opened fire.
“Looks like a bad dude, too”, the first officer says, before a shout of “shots fired!’ comes across the radio”. We saw that Terence did not have any weapon.

We the People Oklahoma, a group of community activists, reiterated calls for change to Tulsa police’s protocol during their own press conference.
