One of the biggest concerns is that the Hawks have only scored 15 points in the first two weeks of the regular season.

And to top it off, injuries are starting to mount already.

He was so flustered – and likely embarrassed in the return to his former kingdom – he forgot that the Seahawks won the opener against Miami on a two-yard touchdown pass to Doug Baldwin with 31 seconds left.

The NFL hammered the Seahawks on Monday with penalties stemming from a violation of the regulations on offseason training activities, docking the team a draft pick, taking away one week of next year’s OTAs and fining both the team and coach Pete Carroll.
The backdrop to that game, and that season to that point, was erratic play by the offensive line, seemingly dooming the Seahawks to a season of discontent.
The league cited Carroll as “responsible for maintaining appropriate control over practices and intervening if prohibited conduct occurs”. “I think we have to come around and just be more complete”. “The whole reason we did it is because the Rams fans, our “Ramily, ‘ they’re like our family, and we love them”, Williams said”.
In their return, however, the Rams defense played lights out against the Super Bowl XLVIII champion Seahawks, a team that many pointed to this year as favorites in the NFC. “We have to work harder to make sure we understand what everybody else is doing and just really stay within the guidelines that they thing are right”. We got to keep working on it someway somehow, whether it’s special teams or defense, but I’ll take a touchdown next week.
It was the third time in six years under the current collective-bargaining agreement between the NFL and the NFL Players Association that the Seahawks were punished for violating the offseason contact rules.
Carroll confirmed that an incident involving two players – a receiver and a defensive back – who collided and bumped heads led to the investigation.
At times, the tiresome roar of chatter was the loudest sound from the crowd until the fourth quarter when they were on their feet cheering the Rams’ defense.
This is the second time the Seahawks have been penalized by the league for violating offseason workout protocols.

Due to the violation, the Seattle organization will have to pay a fine of $400,000.
