George Clooney learns of Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt divorce during TV interview

Last night, social media saw uncountable GIFs and memes of Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston after the news that actress Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce with husband actor Brad Pitt.

Angelina filed for divorce from Brad yesterday, citing irreconcilable differences. She is asking for physical custody of the couple’s six children.

Jolie’s attorney Robert Offer said Jolie made the decision “for the health of the family”.

While Pitt and Jolie won praise for their on-screen chemistry in “Mr. & Mrs. Smith”, their most recent film collaboration, “By the Sea”, previous year was about a married couple drifting apart.

Unsurprisingly, Twitter had their own reaction which included A TON of Jennifer Aniston GIFs, but what does the Friends star REALLY think of the A-listers’ marriage ending?

The source claimed Jen, who is now happily married to Justin Theroux, still wants the best for her ex, but could be quietly marking the end of Brad’s marriage with friends.

The 55-year-old actor hadn’t heard the news until told by CNN correspondent Richard Roth at the United Nations on Tuesday. Jennifer and Brad broke their marriage and the latter went into a relationship with Angelina, marrying her in 2015.

“I didn’t know that”, he admits, looking clearly upset as the reporter fills him in. “Something very serious must have happened for Angelina to make a decision like this”.

Their children include sons adopted from Cambodia and Vietnam and a daughter adopted from Ethiopia, as well as three biological children. Pitt built homes in New Orleans for victims of Hurricane Katrina.

The Hollywood couple, known collectively as Brangelina, married in 2014 after 10 years together. In 2006, they formed the Jolie-Pitt Foundation, to which they funneled numerous millions they made selling personal pictures to celebrity magazines.
