The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus were available for pre-orders on September 8, but none of the students who were impressed by the phone were going to pre-order the product.
Apple’s new iPhone 7 and 7 Plus are clearly improvements on their predecessors – even if the biggest change is actually an omission (of the traditional headphone jack).
According to Business Insider, the wired headphones that come with the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus can seize up, seemingly at random, minutes after connecting via the iPhone 7’s Lightning port. The company also revealed that the iPhone 7 Plus would bring dual-cameras. “The enclosure is splash and water resistant, The Home button is completely reengineered, and with a new unibody design that’s seamless to the touch, iPhone 7 feels as fantastic as it looks”, Apple said on its webpage. That’s nearly $37 higher than the iPhone 6s, though a markup of $424.20 still leaves plenty of room for other costs associated with bringing an iPhone to market, such as advertising, R&D, and so forth.

Some users may miss the click of the older models, but there’s a larger concern at stake – it has been found that if you are pressing the home screen button with material between the button and your thumb or finger, the smartphone simply will not respond.

The new iPhones have no headphone jacks, which forces Apple to include wireless headphones (EarPods) at purchase. I could do the dishes with the faucet running and still hear my music without putting on headphones.
