GoPro released the video of Karma below.

GoPro unveiled several new products and services this week, aimed to simplify the way its users capture, edit and share their terrific content. Don’t worry, there’s still simple one-button control.

They additionally feature electronic video stabilization, plus they automatically upload photos and video to the cloud while charging – if the user subscribes to the new GoPro Plus service, that is.

Coming to the new Hero5 Session and Hero5 Black, the former will set buyers back by $299.99 and the latter by $399.99 only.

The cameras have a release date of October 2.

Also significant, analysts said, was the introduction of GoPro Plus, a cloud-based video-sharing and editing platform that costs $5-a-month subscription.

After checkin out the new Hero5 line at the launch event in Squaw Valley, California, we’re quite impressed so far.

Remo is a waterproof voice-activated remote for Hero5 Black and Hero5 Session that can be clipped to ones clothing or strapped to a wrist or gear.

The Hero 5 Session can shoot 10-megapixels, but lacks a screen and doesn’t offer RAW or WDR modes, though it does still have the option for GoPro’s ProTune video mode.

The Hero5 Black comes with a 12-inch touchscreen, GPS, three microphones, a sensor that takes up to 12 MP images, and it can take pictures at 4K at 30 fps (same as the Hero4, for those wondering). “It’s so easy to use, a novice can have fun straight away”, he said.

The action camera maker’s new Karma drone is “so much more than a drone” because it includes a “Hollywood-caliber stabilization system” and it’s able to fold up into a backpack you can wear during activities, Woodman claimed.

The Session also boasts voice control, waterproofing and image stabilisation and has been given a bump from 1080p recording to 4K. Moreover, owners have the freedom to remove the 3-axis camera stabilizer from the Karma and attach it to the grip in order to capture smoother handheld and gear-mounted video.
