Ahmad Rahami, the suspect accused of planting bombs in New York City and New Jersey, is now unconscious and unable to speak with FBI case agents about the attacks, two law enforcement sources close to the investigation tell Fox News.

“He could be armed and risky”, de Blasio said, warning that residents should be vigilant and report sightings to authorities. Rahami was listed in critical but stable condition, and police had not yet been able to interview him in depth, New York Police Department Commissioner James O’Neill said. A second pressure cooker bomb left in Manhattan didn’t explode and is the subject of the latest public plea. One of the bombs set off injured more than 31 people when it blew up in a busy Manhattan street.

He will be transported to Manhattan to face the charges, said federal prosecutors in NY.

The complaint was filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of NY on Tuesday and another one was filed in the District of New Jersey. “He talks about the sounds of bombs being heard in the streets, praised Osama bin Laden as brother, talked about Anwar al-Awlaki in Fort Hood, Texas”.

Investigators are looking into whether Mr Rahami was radicalised during previous trips to Pakistan and Afghanistan. Waters said the men were not in danger of being arrested and appear to have been “very, very lucky” after handling the device.

Investigators also said they used surveillance video to tie Rahami to the Chelsea bombs, with cameras putting him near the explosion site about 37 minutes before the blast and near where the other bomb was found two minutes after the first one went off. An Afghan immigrant wanted in the bombings was captured Monday after being wounded in a gun battle with police.

More information is coming out about the American man charged in connection with a series of bombings in NY and New Jersey that injured dozens of people.

Ahmad Rahami was taken into police custody after a shootout that left him injured. Rahami previously had been charged in New Jersey in connection with the shootout that led to his arrest Monday.

Rahami was born in Afghanistan, came to the U.S.at age 7 and became a naturalized American citizen. “Death To Your OPPRESSION”. They still are trying to find out whether he received any help in planning his attack or building the bombs.
