Six months after the tragic auto crash involving Caitlyn Jenner that ended up taking one woman’s life, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has completed their investigation.

On February 7, the ex-Olympian rear-ended a white Lexus with his Cadillac Escalade on Pacific Coast Highway near Corral Canyon Road, according to the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station.

While Caitlyn was not speeding at the time of the fatal accident, she was going too fast for the conditions that day. The district attorney will then decide whether to file charges against Jenner.

Legal experts describe the charge Jenner could face as low-level. Kimberly Howe was killed and seven others were injured.

Now, the case is scheduled in for its final presentation and review next week, with the district attorney making the final decision on all charges.

A rep for Jenner declined to comment.

Jenner has not discussed the crash on her I Am Cait or Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality shows or in high-rpofile interviews she did with ABC’s Diane Sawyer and Vanity Fair magazine. In June, she was placed under investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Major Crimes Division.

Jenner, who was known as Bruce Jenner at the time, released a statement following the multivehicle accident.

Evidence will also be presented that Jessica Steindorff, who was driving a Toyota Prius, had a suspended license at the time of the crash – and she could be charged for that, he said.

Caitlyn Jenner would surely be allowed her prescriptions for any hormones or estrogen that she needs while she is incarcerated”, says our source. Howe’s Lexus was pushed into oncoming traffic. But it’s clear from video of the incident that had the Hummer been in its proper lane, the hit would not have been direct on – and Howe might have lived.

The stepchildren’s lawsuit states the two – William Howe, 57, and Dana Redmond, 60 – suffered “enormous damages and losses” after Howe’s death.
