Rocket League heads under the sea in October
Independent developer and publisher, Psyonix have today announced a free new underwater themed arena, AquadDome, will be coming soon for a title that I’ve not had the opportunity to dip my toe into yet, Rocket League.

Hot on the heels of the recent Rocket League “Rumble” update which brought some wacky and fun modifiers to the game, AquaDome will be available in both casual and competitive playlists.
Not only this Rocket League AquaDome Update will also bring two new Battle-Cars, Triton and Proteus.
The trailer can be seen up top, with a couple of screen shots below. This glass-covered transparent dome on the seabed at the bottom of the ocean is surrounded by aquatic life.

Two new cars are on the way, too, although you’ll need to pay for them. These cars will be available for $1.99 each. The Triton is made to look like a sleek and futuristic submarine, while the Proteus is designed with more of a scientific research vessel feel. We do know everything will be getting released this October, but nothing more specific has been mentioned yet.
