Trump and Clinton in Near Dead Heat in North Carolina
Fox News’ Megyn Kelly is reportedly producing a comedy show based on campaign embed reporters. She has to be careful not to talk down to him, mindful that her amusing line about “the deplorables” – the racists, sexists and xenophobes who are among Trump supporters – pretty much backfired.

A Gallup poll shows “email” is the word most commonly associated with Hillary Clinton.
Among likely voters – the first time the poll has included that demographic – Clinton has a 6-point lead over Trump, 43-37 percent. Trump is viewed favorably by 36 percent, while 42 percent view Clinton favorably.
The poll surveyed 1,000 registered voters from September 16 to 19 and has a margin of error of 3.1 percentage points. By using the debate as an opportunity to re-define who she is, Clinton will be able to better define why she is the best choice for president.
The poll found Donald Trump had 45% support with likely Florida voters.
