Resident Evil 7 is looking extremely intriguing, mainly because it isn’t a third-person shooter anymore, which seems like the prime attempt at shaking things up for the dying series.
For the minimum spec – allowing you to run the game in 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second – you’ll need at least an Intel Core i5-4460 or AMD FX-6300 or faster CPU, alongside 8GB of system RAM. Capcom calls for an i7-3770 (or AMD equivalent) and a GTX 960 or R9 280X to play the game at 1080p and 60 FPS. Internet connection required for game activation.
Some fans think that the requirement might change when Capcom is finally done with the game. It will also release exclusively for PlayStation VR and support 4K and HDR on the PS4 Pro. However, those who game exclusively on PC and Xbox One are now incapable of trying out the playable demo, as it’s only available on the PlayStation 4.

While the latest Resident Evil is still shrouded in a cloud of mystery in regards to what it packs, the developers have released the official system requirements for the game.
