Jacorey Williams Dismissed From Hog Program
Arkansas has dismissed Jacorey Williams, who along with teammates Dustin Thomas and Anton Beard, was arrested in July on forgery charges after the trio was caught using counterfeit money.

Williams, a junior forward, was indefinitely suspended last month by Razorbacks coach Mike Anderson following a pair of disciplinary incidents. He is accused of assaulting his girlfriend and, 13 days later, knocking out the bouncer that tried to separate the two of them as retaliation.
“If there’s one team in college football that could take a hit at the running back position, it’s probably the Arkansas Razorbacks”, Bielema said.
Williams has not been arrested in either of the bar incidents.
“We wish him the best as he pursues his future away from Razorback Basketball”.
Williams’ absence may put an additional load on Alex Collins, who was second on the team in rushing last season with 1,100 yards.

If Williams had returned, he figured to have a shot to start this season considering he would have been the top returning scorer among Arkansas’ front court players. He played in 96 games during his three-year career, averaging 3.8 points per game and 2.3 rebounds per contest. According to ESPN.com, the three denied knowledge that the bills were counterfeit.
