Bournemouth is set to pay the whole of Wilshere’s £90,000 weekly wages, apart from a payment of £2m in loan fees to Arsenal.

Arsenal are looking to send Jack Wilshere out on loan this season to give the midfielder a chance to revive his injury-plagued career, a club source has told ESPN FC.

Wilshere has made just two substitute appearances for the Gunners so far this season, as boss Arsene Wenger has instead preferred Santi Cazorla in a creative midfield role.

A handful of clubs are interested in taking Arsenal’s Jack Wilshere on loan, according to reports.

Howe was coy about when Bournemouth fans would see Wilshere in action, but did reveal Wilshere’s best friend Benik Afobe did help sell the club to the England global.

There was also a suggestion that Arsenal were unwilling to do business with Roma in particular after being given short shrift in their attempt to sign Kostas Manolas from the Serie A club earlier in the transfer window.

“I’m delighted to have joined Bournemouth on a season-long loan and would like to thank everyone at the club for making me feel so welcome”, said Wilshere in a statement on Twitter”.

Roy Hodgson selected Wilshere for Euro 2016 despite a broken leg decimating his 2015-16 season and restricting him to one Arsenal start, but Allardyce has already made it clear he is unlikely to be so forgiving.

The England worldwide dominated the headlines on transfer deadline day, snubbing offers from bigger clubs to link up with Eddie Howe’s side in a bid to gain more first-team football. We will work very hard to showcase him in the best way. “He needs to be playing, he needs to build up his fitness, and if he can do that I am sure he will still have a big career at Arsenal”. He can definitely compliment the style of football and the way that we play and maybe add that missing piece of the jigsaw that we need.
