Google says hello to Allo app
Google Allo also includes the inbuilt Google Assistant which allows for in-app searches while chatting, so you can answer trivia questions or find directions or whatever else you might otherwise do with a regular Google search.

Allo has now become live, and it gives a rundown of all the important features of the new messaging app from Google. Subsequent messages will still show up, but through a relay number instead of the sender’s phone number.
Your friends don’t need Allo to send and receive messages from the app, but Google Assistant isn’t almost as pretty. With Smart Reply, one can respond to messages with just a tap, so you can send a quick “yup” in response to a friend asking “Are you on your way?”
The messaging app also has features that are similar to other such apps like WhatsApp.
Another interesting feature in Google’s Allo is Smart Reply.
Like most messaging apps, Allo can send video and photographs to individual recipients, or large group chats – and you can even customise the picture by doodling with your finger. Allo is designed targeting the social audience, unlike Google hangout, which runs through Gmail accounts and usually used for professional purposes. We can’t wait for you to say hello to Google Allo! Users can set time limits for their messages, setting them to self-destruct after 10 seconds, 30 seconds, a minute, an hour, a day, or longer (via The Verge). The app also comes with a “Smart Reply” function, which will scan a message and present the recipient with what it thinks are appropriate responses. If your friend sends you a photo of their pet, users might see Smart Reply suggestions like “aww cute!”
Google’s Allo chat app, first revealed at the tech giant’s I/O conference back in May, is available to download now for both Android and iOS. Assistant is a helper with conversation. Allo brings you the Google Assistant.

With Google Assistant interaction, users can also search for top restaurants in the area or movie timings.
