Brad Pitt Not Under Investigation For Child Abuse Allegations — LAPD

Cops are not investigating Brad Pitt for any type of child abuse and are calling out a report by TMZ claiming they are, an LAPD staff sergeant told The Post.

“A source with knowledge of the situation said Thursday: “[Brad] is taking this very seriously and he’s cooperated.

A source close to Pitt spoke with TMZ about the allegations.

FBI agents are reportedly stepping in to take charge of an alleged child abuse investigation surrounding Brad Pitt.

Us Weekly claims the Los Angeles Police Department is not investigating Brad Pitt for alleged child abuse, and that former reports that he might have verbally and physically harmed his kids are false.

As previously reported, Pitt was accused of committing verbal and physical abuse on his children during an incident on a private plane last week.

According to sources, Jolie filed for a divorce on Monday by submitting legal documents in the court for the same. Sources told TMZ that Pitt screamed at the children on the flight and continued yelling once the flight landed. She requested sole physical custody of their children. Jolie lists September 15 as the date of their separation.

While their property and assets will likely be divided equally under LA law, they have only been married for two years it could be that anything acquired before that will be left out of the divorce proceedings.

An insider also goes on to reveal that Jolie grew unfulfilled with her life alongside Pitt as her involvement with the United Nations expanded. “I kindly ask the press to give them the space they deserve during this challenging time”.
