This new Pokemon Go app update is great news for Pokemon Go Plus users, but the in-app nearby Pokemon tracker is still not available.

Some industrious iOS and Android app developers have finally released the latest Pokemon GO++ hack v1.7.1 for iOS and v0.37.1 for Android, following the recent bug-fix and performance update for Niantic’s popular augmented-reality game. Since the launch of the game, trainers have been waiting eagerly and patiently for trading to be added.

The new updates of Pokemon Go bring a major change for trainers using Pokemon Go Plus.

That said, it looks like we will be able to trade Pokemon when the feature rolls out, but not items. Niantic has not communicated a release date when the in-app Pokemon finder function is coming back. The new releases follow just a week after the release of 0.37.1 and 1.7.1, that enabled Pokemon Go Plus.

One very welcome feature that the data miners were able to find was the capability of the trading system to resume where it left off during times when a player’s internet connection gets lost.

New details about the trading system Niantic is about to release for “Pokemon GO” players have been released.

The data mine also revealed that with the trading system in place, players would be able to create, cancel and complete Trade Offers.

There is no information on the range and visibility of Trade Search, so it is too early to say if players will be able to trade all over the world or not, notes BGR. This means that as far as the code dump is concerned, there will be no trading of supplies such as Pokeballs, Razz Berry, Potions, and others. Also the code was only for trading Pokemon.

This feature is a win for Niantic as Pokemon Go Plus owners might be more enticed to now purchase incense.
