Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa, 68, Hospitalised
The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and the AIADMK Chief Secretary Jayalalithaa has been hospitalised late on Thursday night as she complained of fever and dehydration.

Later, the hospital administration confirmed about her admission through a press release and stated that she was admitted for fever and dehydration and that she was now stable.
Jayalalithaa had fever and dehydration on Thursday.
Meanwhile supporters of Jayalalithaa, including state ministers were outside the hospital praying for her recovery and long life.
“The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu has no work because she is not in good health”.
However, she shut her critics up when the results of the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections 2016 rolled in.
The State Information Department officials also clarified that the Chief Minister is stable.
Meanwhile, AIADMK cadre started offering special prayers nearly at all temples, churches and mosques across the State.

Apollo Hospital’s Chief Operating Officer Subbiah Viswanathan said that the chief minister was recovering and has been put under observation.
